Additional Race Information
The Oval series visits the Martinsville Speedway on Friday, July 30th to crown a new champion.
We will have a practice server available Thursday, July 29th from 6:00 to 10:00 PM EST. The race server should be available by 7:10 PM EDT on Friday.
Teamspeak is not required since iRacing includes a voice client, however all drivers must keep their voice running during the race in order to hear admin calls. Please do not mute your chat during race so you can here these. Teamspeak is always running however and you are always welcome to join it when running other iRacing events or official series races. On race nights, we will most likely be on teamspeak by 6:00 PM to answer any questions or discuss the upcoming race, share setup tips, etc.
We are hosting a four hour practice session this evening starting at 6:00 PM EDT. The server will be available from 6:00 to 10:00 PM EDT.
Come get practice in for tomorrow's big season finale. Remember, even though most of the prizes are already claimed, one is positively open to anyone who shows up tomorrow.
I will be hosting an open practice session tonight around 9pm eastern time. I will not be able to make the one tomorrow so anybody wanting to get some extra practice feel free to join.
